How do I return an item?
Return Policy
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call
1-877-877-2340 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7
calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returnable
and you send it back to us resealed in the original box, Creative
Lighting Solutions will offer you a refund based on your original method
of payment. You must return the product to the Creative Lighting
Solutions warehouse within 21 calendar days
of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the
original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals,
documentation, labels and registration(s). Shipping charges to and from will not be credited. Once a carrier picks up or delivers a package, those fees are already spent and cannot be recouped. Creative Lighting Solutions
may assess a 15% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory
returned in non sale-able condition. Creative Lighting Solutions may ask
you to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
or Discover) so Creative Lighting Solutions can assess the 15%
restocking fee if applicable.
Custom manufactured orders
are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non refundable. If an order is placed
that Creative Lighting solutions, llc needs to send to manufacturing (due to
lack of stock, high volume, custom modifications, etc.), those orders will be
treated as custom ordersĀ. All custom
orders must be pre-paid in full via wire transfer, certified check or if
approved, company check. Custom
manufacturing orders may take three to five weeks to be manufactured and
shipped. Please allow for this lead
time.
Cut Rope Light and Linear Lighting Products
All linear
lighting products that we sell cut or modified from the original roll
or spool are absolutely non-returnable & non-refundable. Please be
sure when you order your custom length of product that you have measured
twice and entered the appropriate selection on your order. If you have
ordered too small a quantity, please call us for direction on a
possible remedy (i.e.- You may have an option of 'splicing' an
additional length of product to increase it's length).
